The Chore Service is a Connecticut non-profit organization. Sinnamon & Associates, LLC in Canaan, Connecticut audit our statements of assets, liabilities and net assets every fiscal year. Less than 8% of our expenses are considered administrative expense.

Chore is funded through federal grants, state reimbursements by the Department of Social Services for certain clients, foundation grants, local town grants and individual donor contributions. In addition to the monies received through grants,Chore has approximately $60,000 in annual expense that it must cover through donor contributions.
