The 11th Chore Service Garden Party is scheduled for Saturday, June 29th. Many thanks to our gracious hosts, Graham Klemm and Cody O’Kelly, for providing such a beautiful venue. This is a party that you will not want to miss!

This year’s event brings us up a long winding driveway through dancing fields of hay to a hilltop modern home first built in 1974. It was expanded & transformed in 2010 by NYC architects Mcgiver-Morgan. The focus is the view - sitting atop 58+ acres with 360-degree views reaching both NY State to the West & Massachusetts to the North. The house sits amidst a mix of open fields and light woods. Mother nature rules the view & the landscape - huge lawns & boxwood dominate the immediate surrounds. Dramatic & modern open floor-plan living space turns out to large terraces, fire pit & an elongated pool with hot tub. Lush green lawns afoot and the scent of lavender in the air. Sit under the Oak tree decorated with a large American flag or saunter on mowed paths through rolling fields and woods that continue down to the rushing waters of the Webabuck River.
